Kitchen Herbal Workshops

There’s more medicine in your kitchen than you may realize.

Onion, garlic, ginger, rosemary, sage, thyme, and oregano do so much more than flavor our food. Kitchen Herbalism invites you to see these familiar ingredients differently and reconnect with the ways they have long been used to care for ourselves and our families. Together, we’ll explore practical preparations like aromatic steams, traditional cough syrups, infused ear oils, poultices, and other simple remedies you can make with ingredients already within reach. Come get your hands messy, ask questions, make something useful, and discover why the kitchen is one of the most accessible places to begin building a relationship with plant support.

Seasonal Herbal Workshops

Follow the plants through the year.

Seasonal Herbalism is an invitation to slow down and notice what the land is offering us right now. We’ll move through winter wellness, meet the useful “weeds” that return in spring, tend summer gardens, and gather what the fall harvest has to offer. Along the way, you’ll learn to build relationships with plants from seed to sprout to harvest—and turn what you grow and gather into practical preparations, from summertime botanical bug sprays to warming fire cider for the colder months. These workshops are about more than making remedies; they’re about getting to know the plants where we live and learning how to move with them season after season.

Come learn with the season or invite me to create a seasonal experience for your group.

Steeped In Intention:

A Guided Tea Blending Experience

Come in, settle down, and give yourself permission to consider one simple question: What do I need right now?

Steeped in Intention is a warm, intimate tea-blending experience centered on grounding, curiosity, and tending to yourself. Together, we’ll slow down and explore a beautiful selection of fragrant herbs through touch, aroma, taste, and traditional uses, learning how different plants may support the needs and intentions you bring to the table. Then you’ll choose the herbs that speak to you and thoughtfully create a personal tea blend to carry home.

There’s no perfect blend to make and no herbal knowledge required—just space to listen, explore, create, and enjoy good company. Leave with your own tea, a deeper connection to the plants you met, and the feeling that for a little while, you made an offering to yourself.

Join me at the table or bring Steeped in Intention to your gathering.
